QUINOA SALAD
Quinoa Salad

2 cups flax seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 cup soaked chia seeds
1-2 teaspoon stone salt (Himalayan is best)
1 teaspoon Italian spices
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoon organic tamarin sauce
2 cups water
1. Grind the flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Line the mixture on a tray with parchment paper and spread it until it is 0.5 cm thick. Then,cut each into a square.
4. Dehydrate your crackers in a room with a temperature around 80 degrees. This will take up to 5-6 hours.
