- 2 cups flax seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup soaked chia seeds
- 1-2 teaspoon stone salt (Himalayan is best)
- 1 teaspoon Italian spices
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoon organic tamarin sauce
- 2 cups water
- Grind the flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Line the mixture on a tray with parchment paper and spread it until it is 0.5 cm thick. Then,cut each into a square.
- Dehydrate your crackers in a room with a temperature around 80 degrees. This will take up to 5-6 hours.
